1. Information we collect
When you submit an application we may collect details such as your name, contact number, email, delivery or installation address, and the supporting documents you upload (for example identification and proof of address). We collect this only to process the service you request.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to verify eligibility, submit and process your application with the relevant service provider, keep you updated on status, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
To complete an application we may share the necessary details with the telco or brand you selected and with parties involved in delivery or installation. They process the information under their own terms.
4. Retention & security
We aim to keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose collected and to apply reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

SenangJer is an independent multi-brand platform that helps you discover and apply for services from third-party providers. Brand names shown belong to their respective owners; listing a brand does not imply direct ownership or partnership unless clearly stated.
2. Applications
Submitting an application is a request to process a service on your behalf. Approval, pricing, availability and installation are subject to the relevant provider's own terms, checks and coverage. Figures shown on this site are samples and not a binding offer.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and genuine supporting documents, and confirm you are authorised to submit them. Providing false or incomplete details may delay or void an application.
4. Availability
Services, packages and promotions may change or be withdrawn at any time. Coverage results shown are indicative only.
5. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions, pricing or service delivered by third-party providers.
